We are seeking an experienced legal secretary to work for an award winning team based in the York area. This is a super firm offering absolutely superb prospects!
You will assist Senior Fee Earners by preparing legal documents and correspondence, draft documents, liaise with clients face to face, telephone, letter and emails. You will provide specialised administrative support to Solicitors and Fee Earners handling estate planning , tax compliance, trust management, document drafting and preparation, assisting with IHT forms etc. Also, managing diaries, scheduling client meetings, keeping accurate confidential records as well as file management, arching as well as Wills and Trusts instructions.
We are seeking practicle legal secretarial experience for this role.
